These terms apply to your use of spofylabs.com and of our software products, Postly and PostQueue, all operated by Spofy LLC Limited, the company behind Spofylabs ("Spofylabs", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Client projects are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Using the website
You may browse the site, read our guides, and download our playbooks for your own use and your team's. Don't scrape the site in a way that harms its performance, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, design, playbooks, and other materials on this site belong to Spofylabs unless stated otherwise. You can quote short excerpts with a link back. Don't republish or resell our playbooks or guides as your own. Client names, logos, and products shown in our work belong to their owners.
No professional advice
Our blog posts, playbooks, and estimates are general information, written in good faith. They are not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Prices, timelines, and tool comparisons can change; confirm them before you rely on them.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending a project brief or booking a call doesn't create a contract. A project starts only when we both agree to a written scope, price, and payment terms.
Postly and PostQueue
Accounts
You must give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your invited team members do. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Your content
You own the emails, posts, media, and other content you put into our products. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you send or publish.
Acceptable use
Don't use Postly or PostQueue to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing, or buy or rent mailing lists;
- send or publish malware, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- break the rules of a connected social platform, or automate behaviour the platform prohibits;
- impersonate someone, or send mail from a domain you don't control;
- probe, overload, or get around the limits and security of our systems.
We may suspend sending, publishing, or the whole account if we see abuse that puts our users, our mail reputation, or a platform connection at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Third-party platforms
PostQueue publishes through the APIs of X, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Those platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time, and your use of them is also governed by their own terms. Email delivery to other providers depends on their filtering. We are not responsible for what those platforms or providers do.
Early access
Postly is in private beta and PostQueue is in development. Early-access features may change, break, or be removed, and we may limit who can sign up. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period at the price shown when you subscribe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
Cancelling and closing accounts
You can cancel at any time. You can export your data before you close your account; after closure we delete it as described in our privacy policy. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or end a product with at least 30 days' notice so you can move your data.
Availability
We work to keep our products available and your data safe, but we don't promise uninterrupted service unless we agree a service level with you in writing.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services such as Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content or how they operate. See our privacy policy for the services that process your data.
Liability
The website and our products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Spofylabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or missed posts, and our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email Postly and PostQueue account owners about material changes before they take effect. Questions go to hello@spofylabs.com.
